La Povatex nasce circa 30 anni fa come ditta individuale. Nel corso degli anni e grazie alle costanti richieste giunte dal mercato, abbiamo avuto la necessità di trasformarla in Povatex S.a.s.
Oggi la Povatex S.a.s. è in grado di offrire una linea di prodotti tutti suoi sul mercato italiano ed estero (Svizzera, Germania, Spagna, Grecia, Francia, ecc.), e continua a crescere a grandi passi.
La Linea Pediatrica Ortopedica Giò è diventata nel tempo un importante punto di riferimento per tutti coloro che si occupano di lussazione e displasia evolutiva dell’anca. Infatti, grazie al prezioso e inestimabile contributo del Prof. Reinhard Graf, abbiamo sviluppato e prodotto un’intera linea di prodotti per la prevenzione e cura della D.E.A., prodotti che sono altamente apprezzati perché oltre ad avere le stesse caratteristiche funzionali di articoli similari offrono il vantaggio aggiuntivo di non essere invasivi e traumatici sia per i piccoli pazienti sia per i loro genitori.
Il marchio Giò è stato registrato dalla Povatex S.a.s. poiché esso, rappresentando la linea di punta di questa società, fornisce maggiori garanzie sia alla Povatex in qualità di ditta produttrice, sia ai nostri clienti affinché anche questi ultimi possano facilmente identificarsi in un prodotto garantito e di qualità.
Le rimanenti linee (Antiacaro, Pannolini Lavabili, Abbigliamento Sanitario e Accessori per l’Infanzia “BabySystem”) sono tutte rigorosamente Made in Italy, e rispettano standard qualitativi di assoluta eccellenza, sia a livello di processi produttivi sia a livello di qualità e di selezione dei materiali utilizzati nella manifattura.

Povatex was born about 25 years ago as a small individual firm. Over the years and thanks to the strong demand for our products from the market, we felt the need to transform it into a limited partnership firm.
Today we’re finally able to offer a complete line of items of our own on the Italian, Swiss, German, Spanish, Greek and French markets, and we keep on growing steadily.
Over the years our line of orthopaedic items for children “Giò” has become an important point of reference for all those experts who work in the field of Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH).
In fact, thanks to the precious and invaluable contribution of Prof. Reinhard Graf, we developed and produced an entire line of products for the prevention and treatment of DDH. Our products are highly appreciated because in addition to having the same functional characteristics of similar items they also offer the additional advantage of not being invasive or traumatic for both the young patients and their parents.
We registered the “Giò” trademark because it represents the leading brand of our company, it provides greater assurance to both Povatex as a manufacturer and to our customers as they too can easily identify with a certified and high-quality set of products.
The remaining lines (Anti-dust Mite Bed Covers, Washable Nappies, Medical Wear and the “BabySystem” line of Accessories for Children) are all strictly “Made in Italy”, and meet quality standards of excellence, both in terms of production processes and in terms of quality and selection of the materials used in the manufacturing process.
